Mart Gervacio, a seasoned leader with nearly 20 years in the gaming industry, founded tadhana.io after consistently tackling critical challenges in game publishing operations. His experience at PlayStation, working with publishers directly, where he spearheaded the development of key components of PlayStation's Content Pipeline and Store Services Platform, provides invaluable insight into the pain points of the industry.

Hemaraj Tangavelu is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in supply chain management, operations, and product management, particularly within the toy and gaming industries. With 5.5 years of experience at Sony PlayStation as a Product Manager within the Digital Supply Chain, Hemaraj significantly contributed to the PlayStation Partners initiative and played a role in many major gaming titles, including Baldur's Gate 3.
